We are so sure you'll be satisfied with your order that we offer a 15 day risk free guarantee. You may return any new and used item in its original packaging within 15 days of the order date for a full refund less any shipping charges. Should you need to return an item, make sure you keep your original packaging and E-mail us for authorization and further instructions. Please provide your name, address, order number and email address. Items authorized for return are at the customer’s expense and must be fully insured. Items that are drop shipped from the manufacture or special orders are not returnable unless damaged. If an item is damaged in shipment, you must notify via E-mail immediately upon receipt of the order. All orders are insured and in order to receive a full refund including your shipping charges or a replacement item we must be notified immediately to file a claim with the carrier.

  SHIPPING
All orders are shipped either by USPS or UPS. Shipping is free on all orders over $150.00 in the continental US. Orders under $150.00 are charged at a 50% shipping rate with a minimum shipping charge of $6.95. Most items are shipped within 7 days of the order unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped outside the continental US and internationally will pay full shipping and you should contact us for a quote on the shipping charges. (Items that are special orders or that are dropped shipped from the manufacturer are not returnable unless damaged.)
